2025 3 Axle Lowbed Semi Trailer – for 35 Ton Excavator & Heavy Machinery
This is the 2026 updated version of our 3 axle lowbed semi trailer. It is designed specifically to carry a 35 ton excavator (such as Caterpillar 336 or Komatsu PC350) plus attachments, or other heavy machinery up to 50 tons.
We built this trailer for contractors and equipment dealers who need a simple, legal, and reliable lowbed – not a list of marketing claims.

✅ Advantages that matter
- Real 35 ton excavator fits without overhang
The flat deck length starts at 6.5 m – enough for a 35 ton excavator’s track frame. Bucket and stick overhang the rear, but track pads stay fully supported. - Low ramp angle saves undercarriage
At 930 mm loading height, the approach angle is around 9–10 degrees with 1.2 m ramps. Tracks climb without catching the belly pan. - Hydraulic detachable gooseneck option
Unhitch the gooseneck, drive the excavator on from the front, then reattach. You don’t need separate ramps. This is faster for daily moves. - No fake payload rating
We certificate each axle with a load test. 50 ton means the trailer will not bend or crack at 50 ton. Margin built in. - Standard parts, easy to fix anywhere
BPW axles, common tire size, standard air line fittings. No special order parts. Your mechanic can service it. - 2025 electrical update
Full LED lights (sealed, waterproof), 7 pin or 13 pin plug, plus a dedicated auxiliary line for reverse camera if needed.
